Project Story: Hillside Garden Near Brandywine Battlefield

A 3.5-acre parcel in Pennsbury Township — adjacent to preserved Brandywine Battlefield land — needed a rear landscape that could coexist with the historic views. We delivered:

• Three-level fieldstone terrace garden descending the natural slope
• Naturalistic mixed border at the base level — native grasses, perennials, shrubs
• Bluestone steps connecting levels, using locally sourced stone
• No structures (homeowner's preference) — just stone, plants, and grade

The 3D rendering showed how the three terraces read from the house's rear windows — which was the primary concern.
