- A formal entry garden at the house's front approach — boxwood structure, seasonal cutting garden, bluestone walk
- A rear terrace in Chester County fieldstone and bluestone, scaled to the farmhouse's proportions
- A naturalistic transition zone from the terrace to the paddock — native grasses, wildflower meadow, post-and-rail fence
- 3D renderings delivered at every phase so the clients could review and approve before any soil moved
